    5 weeks out!

Just wondering if there are any last tips I should work on. I'll be entering in the Jay Cutler Classic - Class B for physique. Here are my current progress pics:

I dont think there's much you can "add" in 5 weeks. You look like you know what you're doing. Just stay on diet, watch your sodium intake and do cardio. I'm sure you'll do fine. Good luck.

I honestly have no idea what i'm doing... I've just been working out using Y3T, NO cardio until this week actually. Sticking to about 250g protein, 300g carbs and ~60g fat a day. Should I work in sprints? Long distance? Sauna?

Well you have great genetics when it comes to metabolism brah!

I would stay away from long distance because you don't want to over stress your joints. HIIT is good but dont go too crazy. Sauna is also good but that's mainly for a quick water depletion technique, would recommend doing that more toward your competition date.

IMHO, I'd stick with a low impact type cardio like elliptical or stair master machine. Keep your HR at around 130-140 (moderate) for max fat burn without scrificing muscle loss.

Stay on diet, plenty of protein, carbs, and minimize fat intake. Keep your eye out for sodium and sugar content on foods.

Don’t lean so far back when you pose on stage. The judges are sitting at a lower level so they are looking up at you. When you lean back it causes a illusion of you not having abdominals. Be relaxed on stage and confident but always remember the judges are looking up at you.

this may sound stupid but even for physique practice practice practice your posing in the mirror. A LOT. Also practice posing with your eyes closed so you can FEEL your body. Theres no mirror on stage. Good luck!

Great advice. Is your posing routine as creative as you want? Doing it after having a glass of wine can loosen you up and make it more choreographic (if you want).

    Good luck!

I'm in no way taking away from your work you put in but great genetics. I would not be able to get away with 300 carbs at that condition let alone not doing cardio till 5 weeks out. You're very gifted!

Congrats on progress let us know how you did
