Can a few ppl give me some estimations for BF% please. Desperate to get to 10-12% so i can finally bulk up.
Body is disgusting atm with those spots haha, lost a ton of weight.

I don't think it's way too low, I'd say around 13 or 14%. Could be as low as 12 though, I'm no expert.

oh fuk yes, thanks guys, glad to know im not above 14%, i thought i was 15%, last time i made this thread i got told 16-22% but it wasnt long ago so im really surprised my bodyfat is so low.
i can finally bulk, been waiting for this day for so damn long

Same here guys? Avi for reference. Im actually barely under six foot by half an inch and I do weigh 158lbs.
Currently on a bulk and my fat calipers say I'm like 7 and I know for a fact that's too low. I figure I'm like between 10 and 12%.
