From 209.1 to 178.5 at 6'0. Stats precut were 1x5 squat 405, 1x5 deadlift 365, 1x5 bench 185, 1x5 overhead press 155. No significant strength losses in the gym, though I was using reduced maxes.
Weights in pictures from L to R are 209.1, 191.7, 178.5. Any thoughts on BF %'s?
