I have my deload weeks set up after every 4 weeks, how do you guys prefer to go about deloading? Do you lower your volume, frequency or intensity? Just looking for how people go about doing this, different ways, etc. Thanks for any replies!

When deloading you should lower the weight so that your muscles can get a bit of rest and yet you are still training this is so that when you go back to your usual weight your body is 'shocked' by the increase in weight so it grows and adapts. It just stops you hitting plateaus. The intensity should still be the sameI rep back!
