    Age : 15 and 5 months (Sophomore in HS)
    Weight - 130.6
    Height - 5'6
    Max 1RM Bench - 200

    is this good?

    I'm focused on my biceps, i don't care much for abs right now

    damn, im same, age but a little taller and heavier. i can only bench 195lbs lol, but nice man. legs? and id keep working bi's, how much can you curl? what are your other lifts lol.

    I don't do legs :\ some days i be doing legs on a monday and still hurting friday.. i'm doing outdoor track so i don't want to hurt too much.. Curl max dumbell is probably 45? maybe 50 i never really calculated but i'll have you updated monday

    well, don't only train biceps and be a biceps *******. train your entire body equally, you have good genetics by the looks of it and are natrually strong. how long have you been lifting? are you following a program? I'd start a strength or hypertrophy program if I were you.

    yeah, work your legs and back. Overhead press isn't bad though. Strong triceps and deltoids it appears. throw in some chest back and legs work though.

    I remember some of the daily routines at the weight room.
    It's usually Bi's and Tris', Back and Traps, Legs, and Chest.. I eat alot to try to bulk so i don't think i'll be getting abs soon

    Here's my bi's and tri's workout
    2 x 10 Pull-Ups underhand close
    2 x 10 Pull-Ups overhand close
    1 x 15 25% max bench
    1 x 10 50% max bench
    1 x 5 75% max bench
    4 x 12 standing preacher curls
    4 x 10 Dumbell curls ALT
    4 x 10 military press
    4 x 12 Straight Bar curls (i do with 5lb plates on each side)
    200 pushups (preferably 8 x 25)

    well, don't worry about the numbers dude. 200 for 130 is quite impressive, but nothing to special. Try to get to 250+ at 130 than your talking excellent.
    EDIT: also, work on your overall lifts, squat+deadlift+bench. your numbers in squat and deadlifts are horrible, no offense. but bench isnt bad.

    that'd be sweet, but i'd reccomend bulking up your weight to like 165 wiht a long slow clean bulk, then cut to 155 lean.
