Guys last week I had to push myself for squats which is day one 50 reps straight no rest half of my body weight
Then after 2 days again 70 straight no rest almost about the same weight (35kg + Olympic bar).
Both of the time in latter part of the exercise I got massive headache above my left eye towards to back of my neck.
Again aft 2 day I was in in the gym while ding pull-ups not even 3 reps I got the same headache
Please what should I do to overcome this headache?
Cause I want to go for the normal training again
