    Stop complaining about how hard eating is.

    Currently eating 7 cups of rotini pasta with 120g of cheese on top. 2400 calories. With a pizza in the oven. Gonna meet my goal of eating 8000 cals today. Love bulking and heart attacks.

    It's irritating seeing teens that weigh under 200 pounds complaining about how "hard it is to eat 2000-3000 calories" on their "bulking" diets.

    Depends a lot on height/ weight (TDEE) though. If i was 6'', i can't imagine how eating 3000cals+ would be difficult. But as I'm 5'2, 3000cals is enough, as my TDEE is 2500ish

    way back when I was growing fast I learned to make omelets. put in anything you could find and chow down. eggs were cheap and no one was around to cook you couldn't screw it up to bad. That and chedder cheese. get a 5lb block and slice off a chunk every day. I used eat about a pound a day 60mg protine per cup

    I basically coat my pasta in seasoning salt and cheese. A LOT of cheese. Also I take NOW digestive enzymes. Super cheap and they keep you from slowing down during a big meal!

    Also to the Arby's thing it's pretty good as far as fast food goes. For fast food I usually go for something like a triple meat subway sandwich or a triple classic from Wendy's. honestly, fast food once or twice a week is really helpful with bulking especially on training days. Just gotta keep the water intake high with all the sodium.

    Very true! My TDEE is 4000. On heavy training days I'll actually lose weight eating 5000-6000 cals. :|
    You see almost as many "can't eat" threads as you can "how do I gain weight" threads. Lol. Takes time a conditioning the digestive system.

    That's one thing I do that has helped a lot! Whole milk in my 12 egg omelette a with a ton of chicken and cheese!

    At first is was a joke because I was 160 and lanky as **** at 6' tall. Now it's ironic because I'm comfortably sitting at 250lbs and strong as fuark.

    Hahah well as far as reading them goes I always want to reply because I like helping people. But it's almost stressful because no one takes the time to do any research.
