Currently eating 7 cups of rotini pasta with 120g of cheese on top. 2400 calories. With a pizza in the oven. Gonna meet my goal of eating 8000 cals today. Love bulking and heart attacks.
It's irritating seeing teens that weigh under 200 pounds complaining about how "hard it is to eat 2000-3000 calories" on their "bulking" diets.

Work and uni takes up 10 to 11 hours of my day m-f. ****ing try eating 4k calories in 2 hours before bed.

way back when I was growing fast I learned to make omelets. put in anything you could find and chow down. eggs were cheap and no one was around to cook you couldn't screw it up to bad. That and chedder cheese. get a 5lb block and slice off a chunk every day. I used eat about a pound a day 60mg protine per cup

I basically coat my pasta in seasoning salt and cheese. A LOT of cheese. Also I take NOW digestive enzymes. Super cheap and they keep you from slowing down during a big meal!
Also to the Arby's thing it's pretty good as far as fast food goes. For fast food I usually go for something like a triple meat subway sandwich or a triple classic from Wendy's. honestly, fast food once or twice a week is really helpful with bulking especially on training days. At first is was a joke because I was 160 and lanky as **** at 6' tall. Now it's ironic because I'm comfortably sitting at 250lbs and strong as fuark.
