Usually a day after my leg day my hamstrings or quads will randomly have a twitch where the muscle just shakes out of no where. It isn't painful but its just strange, does anyone know what this is called or can explain what it means?

called what its called muscle twitching or the technical name is fasciculation.
Could be dehydration, lack of nutrients, build up of lactic acid,Powerlifter at PTC Performance Training Centre
661 squat, 385 bench, 705 deadlift, 1752lb total.
