Beef stir fry
Hi ,
I eat a beef stir fry for my Breakfeast when I wake up normally, I just need to know if that's a good time to eat it and if its acutally good to eat when your trying to lose weight.
( 200 grams provides )
228 calories
4.6 grams of fat
Sodium 82 mg
Carbs: 0.6
Protein 46 grams
I usually mix it with white eggs , but yeah it says on the label off the content says its 95% fat free , so anyone has tried it yet?

Stir fry with only 0.6g of carbs? You sure about that?
Anyways, it's fine to eat that whenever man. Just make sure it fits into your macros and your caloric intake (whether it's at a surplus or deficit).

It doesn't matter what time of day you eat it. As long as you fit the meal into your macros, you should be completely fine. What do the ingredients look like?

Try to find some chow mein noodles. It has 216 calories, 1.2g fat, 42.4g carbs and 8g protein per 100 grams. Cook it with garlic, veggies and some soy sauce and you got yourself a good meal. I usually have this for dinner with 12-16 oz of chicken.
