    Is this over traning biceps?

    pull ups 5x5-9
    resistance band curls 3x 10,8,6
    concentration curls 3x6
    chin ups 3x failure


    is that too much for the biceps, if yes can I take out the chin ups
    my goal:

    TO BE THE FUTURE UFC LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION
