Fat Free Day 16/17: So interesting story to ensue. I go to a small college (approx 3000 students) in NY. It's been pretty warm lately compared to normal. I've been really happy with the warm weather and all, but it's caused a problem for the last two days. They say I should be able to hit it again tomorrow (Fri), but we shall see. So, there hasn't been much snow anymore since it's all melted, but apparently whatever was left melted and caused an electric wire to soak and caused a power shortage. So, the ever so quick superhero like maintenance crew took a solid 48 hours to replace an electric wire, and power has been restored to only parts of the gym (weight room was one of the ones power returned to) so I should hit it strong tomorrow morning. Personally, there's nothing I enjoy more than squatting, so I'm gonna hit legs in the morning. Will post a pic after this of my weight. The picture is blurred but I am holding at 225-226, meaning that I have lost 6 pounds so far. Gonna up the cardio to 60 mins a day and try for 217 by Day 30. Stay tuned for a workout log for once (I've been slacking :[ ), supplements, nutrition for breakfast, and for Fat Free Day 18. I think once I run out I'm gonna buy another bottle for the second half of my cut to 205. Stay tuned for tomorrow!

Now that St. Patty's day celebrations are over, we all can finally get into the gym and do extra cardio to burn off all that beer right?
Fat Free Update As Of 3/18/13: Weighed in at 222 pounds on the 17th, totaling 9 pounds lost in 21 days. Three pounds a week is still a little quicker than I'd like, but I am definitely not opposed to the lost weight. However, this was on Sunday morning. Saturday the 16th was a large parade in the Downtown area that my friends and I went to, and between 11am and 3am, about 3100 calories worth of beer had disappeared into my stomach. So, from Monday till the end, there will be around 60 mins cardio on lifting days, and 75 without. Really striving for that 217 mark by the end, which If I have calculated my pills correctly gives me around 6 days left.
Workouts: Workouts have been varied as we are approaching spring break and middys/tests are piling up. Taking cardio more seriously than lifting for once in my life which is a total change. Yesterday (17th) at 222lbs, I pulled a PR 455lbs on DL, chalk and belt used, no straps. Brings my total to 1130 for the end of offseason as I am done maxing. Expect an arms workout log tomorrow (18th), although it will be short as it's my girlfriend's birthday and I gotta take her off campus somewhere (of course I gotta pump my arms first right?)
****s getting real serious now that there's no interruptions until my birthday 4/27, so until then, to quote Lobliner, it's not a game!! Stay tuned.

In response to sloop, the workout plan I've been told is unique and overtraining, but I find it to work for me. I have a general rotation of Arms / Chest / Legs / Shoulders / Back and repeat. I have no scheduled days off. It shocks most people but I do what my body tells me to do. It's never made sense to me to take a day off when your body and mind are ready to go lift. If I can go eight days straight in the gym without taking a day off, that's good. If I can only go two, that's good too. I just let my body control when I lift. Although I never skip a leg day, love me some legs.
As for Fat Free, the fat loss is astounding. I've never been so inclined to get up early in the morning and sacrifice sleep for cardio. I've experimented with fat burners, and although some do work as well as this in the gym, outside the gym it's fantastic. Other fat burners have caused sweating in class. I haven't been able to wear a hoodie to class in the past cause I'd start sweating, but I'm thoroughly comfortable and not hungry while on Fat Free. Gotta get a 10lb box of protein soon, thinking about adding Fat Free onto that order as well and getting that 100 dollar subtotal gift Scale pics tomorrow morning after cardio! Stay tuned.

Cool, we're tuned in for the pics today.
On the workout plan, sometimes I feel like taking a mandatory 2-3 day rest period is necessary for my sanity to keep me from getting burned out, and to help my body recover. And you know what? Everytime I come back feeling stronger, extra motivated ready to move mountains.

12 pounds lost in 26 days.
Four days left on Fat Free. 220 pounds. By far exceeded my expectations.
In response to Sloop, I've gone with the Dymatize 10 lb box off of bodybuilding.com store. I'd be damned if someone found a higher quality protein for less than $8.70 a pound as the box is 86.99, unless the price has changed. Thinking of making a big order soon with protein, Fat Free, and more creatine.
School closes saturday for spring break so I'll get an update up Saturday of both workouts, and then Sunday and Monday are gonna be just cardio. Final big review either Tuesday or Wednesday and then starting another AppNut log for Uncut after that!
Can't wait to get another bottle of this stuff either, definitely gonna stack it over Uncut to help my cardio. Hoping to get to around 210 by the next 30 days.
Stay tuned for workout updates and weight updates on Saturday. Really appreciate all the support from the subs on this. Makes it totally worth it.
