I have read up on the threads regarding macros and so on and think I have it, just wanted to get a confirmed check.
I'm sitting right around 140lbs at 5'3. I've got a lot of muscle for my size, unsure of my bf% but assuming it is right around 15-16%. I am in the military so I go to PT 3 days a week and do a lot of cardio/endurance exercises and also work out hard in the gym right around 4 days a week lifting heavy.
I'm taking in between 1600-1700 calories a day. For instance, today I'll finish off taking in 1614 cals; 104C/57F/176P.
This has roughly been the same macros for the past week that I have been cutting and I have been seeing results, but was open to different ideas if I should tweak things around a bit.

If you are doing large amounts of cardio then I would recommend raising the calories:
