I am a 17 year old male that has been working out on and off for years with no real noticeable results. Right now I'm about 5ft. 8in. tall and weigh around 120lbs. I'm a senior in high school, and next year will be headed off to college so my goal is to gain at least 20 pounds before then of muscle. I'm overall physically fit, but have not seen any real results of muscle gain that I've wanted to in the past.
My main problems are knowing what to eat and when to eat, as well as which supplements to take and when. I have tried Animal Pak, Syntha 6, and other supplements in the past with no real results. Even though I realize that supplements aren't the only way to bulk up, I feel like with my small size and past experiences I definitely need something to help me achieve my goals. I recently ordered Mr Hyde pre-workout, and was thinking about ordering Barbarian FX-Mass because I know alot of my friends are having success with it (search Google for more info). After reading up on the Barbarian I saw that it was recommended for experienced bodybuilders over 21 so am somewhat cautious as to whether it would be safe for me. Another one of my friends recently gained around 15lbs. with this Liquid T muscle building spray (Search Amazon for more info) so I was considering ordering it as well. [Sorry I can't post links to the products because I don't have over 50 posts]
If someone could point me in the right direction with the supplements I listed above and maybe a beneficial workout program for me I would greatly appreciate it. I'm wondering what supplements would help me out the most, and when to take them (before/after workout, etc) and also what I should be eating, how many times a week to workout, and different workouts! My main goal here is to increase my arm/chest muscle mass and ab definition. I'm hoping there are some other "skinny" teens here that have had success and are willing to share their secrets!

Your not eating. Let.me say that again. Your not eating. Wont matter how much your lifting or how many lbs of preworkout you take, you are not gaining anything. Instead of sitting here asking, go eat some steak.
starting--------current--------goal
BW: 130lbs 158lbs 175lbs
bench 80lbs 180lbs 255lbs

No supplement will solve your problem OP, I was 100lbs a few months ago. Gained 18 in a 4 months by eating eggs everyday or breakfast (1-3). Peanut butter sandwich and a cup of milk. Lunch - school lunch. Dinner - 1 heaping bowl of rice + big plate of chicken/beef/tofu/fish and vegetables. Drink 3-4 cups of milk a day. Decent whey protein powder and boom, 20 lbs.

leave the supplements alone except protein, creatine, fish oil.You are the only problem you will ever have and YOU are the only solution.
