I officially ended my bulk and started on my cut at 2100 cal deficit. During my cut, I'll go on a deload plan.
ProGRESS:
1. Physique-wise:
WHEN started bulking
AFTER bulking:
2. Strength -wise:
Before- bulking weight :145 lbs
BP: 160 x5
S: 225 x3
DL: dunno
After-bulking weight: 164 lbs
BP: 190 lbs x5
S: maxed out 1 RM couple week ago around mid 300-400
DL: 405 but believe can pull more
3. Goal:
BP: 315 lbs
S: 405 lbs
DL: 495 lbs
4. What I am going to : slow cut on deficit

The pics were taken about 3 months apart. However, I was on bulk for about 7 months. For the first 5 months, I did an upper lower routine, which can be found here

And for the recent 2 months, I did Coolcicada's Push Pull Leg routine.
For bulk, there are 4 key factor IMO:
1. Caloric surplus.
2. Progressively overload.
3. Intensity/Dedication/Consistency
