The pics were taken about 3 months apart. However, I was on bulk for about 7 months. For the first 5 months, I did an upper lower routine, which can be found here
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...=493507&page=1
And for the recent 2 months, I did Coolcicada's Push Pull Leg routine.
For bulk, there are 4 key factor IMO:
1. Caloric surplus.
2. Progressively overload.
3. Intensity/Dedication/Consistency
4. Form

Thanks brah I notice I'm lacking rear delt and trying to make it up with Face pull ( also for lacking traps). I have Tricep pulldown in my routine.

Thank you. When I bulked, I didn't track macros only cals. Now for cutting, I'll have to track macros and hopefully won't lose too much muscle

Pain is temporary. It may last for a minute, an hour, a day or even a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it will last forever.
Thanks brah. I'll always strive forward towards success
