    whats in your home made weight gain shake?

    I Am 1000 calories off my macros, 30g fat

    Looking at putting together a shake to complete my diet

    All help, suggestions are appreciated.

    Add water if it's too thick to blend.

    Should come out to ~1000cal and enough fat.

    something to think of is try a higher calorie whey to? dymatize fusion7 is like 190-200cals/scoop, then add some natural peanut butter to that, and use some whole milk maybe chocolate syrup to
    150cal milk
    200 fusion7
    200 pb
    thats 550cals atleast right there just throw it in a blender with some ice.

    the only time i tried oats they sort of say at the bottom on the shake and were rough to gulp down. any tricks to getting oats to blend nicely?

    1 cup oatmeal(with a little cream of wheat thrown in cause I like the taste)
    2 scoops ON Whey(milk chocolate flavor)
    2 cups milk
    1 banana


    thow it all in the blender and mix until desired consistency
    tastes amazing and is a little over 800cals and loaded with protein and good fats
