I Am 1000 calories off my macros, 30g fat
Looking at putting together a shake to complete my diet
All help, suggestions are appreciated.

Use whole milk and PB. Should get the fats up. Maybe some ice cream.

something to think of is try a higher calorie whey to? dymatize fusion7 is like 190-200cals/scoop, then add some natural peanut butter to that, and use some whole milk maybe chocolate syrup to
150cal milk
200 fusion7
200 pb

2tbsp natty pb
2 tbsp greek yogurt(plain)
1 cup oatmeal(with a little cream of wheat thrown in cause I like the taste)
2 scoops ON Whey(milk chocolate flavor)
2 cups milk
1 banana
thow it all in the blender and mix until desired consistency
tastes amazing and is a little over 800cals and loaded with protein and good fats|| NC CREW ||

a few bananas, strawberries, strawberry milkshake protein, 5 servings of PB, a few gram crackers and 3 cups of chocolate milk. so damn good
