Adding creatine to biorhythms afterglow

I'm currently taking afterglow by biorhythm for PWO. I'm not a huge supplement guy as I just got back I to the gym routine after two years off. I notice that afterglow has Kre-Alkalyn instead of CM. I wanted to add more pure CM to my mix but I'm not sure i I can add to my PWO shake? Do I take it alone hour before the gym? Do I take it before bed? What's the ideal time to capture CM benefits?

Timing on creatine isn't really relevant. If your getting 1g in afterglow add 4g CM to it and continue to take it post.
