20 pounds of pure muscle is a lot, a 20 pound muscle gain is VERY noticeable and usually you would be fairly muscular.

i no 50lbs isnt that noticable if you started off at 105-180

yea no, 50lb or pure muscle is absurdly noticable, you would look very muscular with a 50lb of pure muscle gain..

yeah its crazy noticeable, but when you start off at 105lbs you wont be very big even after 50lbs. thats hwat i mean.

It's glycogen, water and fat...

Then some muscle

most of the muscle mass you gain will techinically be water
