    I don't do Dead Lifts.

And squats are definitely not necessary either.
You can get just as good results from leg pressing.

Me. I don't have the equipment to do deadlifts(only dumbbells) and the last time I did squats,I got pain in my quads/glutes for three days, and I cycle to school,so that was a big nuisance.

in the long term you would probably benefit from actually doing them and doing all the necessery research into how your postural problem can affect the squat and deadlift and proactively fixing those problems.

I have a little kyphosis and lordosis and dead lifting would be bad on my upper back bending to much and my hamstring would stretch and that's bad. And squats would make my back arch.

Hyperextensions are good for the lower back on getting that chriasmas tree look. But in my personal opinion i would do deadlifts for the lowerback becasue it puts mass and strength on like Crazy.

I squat but I don't deadlift as my gym doesn't have the equipment to perform deadlifts so I never got a chance to try them out. Gains have still been good though.

I don't really care, the point is that whatever you have, you can work through it if you stop making excuses and are proactive about it.

Used to deadlift. Stopped. Didn't die. Don't miss it. Squat if you can OP. If not, leg press is fine.

This is important but stabilizers aren't trained in the same fashion as the primary movers. Eric Helms talks about this in his video on pelvic tilts.

It's the only gym within walking distance. Might change to my university's gym when I start uni.

    OP.
Don't bother try finding someone. Even if you did find 1 person who don't squat or deadlift, there's probably a hundred thousand more out there who do and are getting 10x better results.

Arnold squated. Arnold deadlifts. So did Reg Park. So did Franco Columbo. So does Ronnie Coleman.

You're right brahs, pro bodybuilders rely on these exercises to build all that muscle...

I can't believe people still think Squats and Dead Lifts are essential.

Reminds me of the old days where everyone would go on about the "growth hormone release" from squats, making them better than Leg press
