    Planning on Starting Keto: Diet Help?

    So I am planning on starting the keto diet pretty soon here. Planning on doing the recommended way discussed in the Sticky about adhering to a 0% carb- strict keto diet tomorrow, then a 2% carb - keto diet on Sunday, and then getting into the 5% carb type diet on Monday.

    My question was about my meal plan for the M-F keto diet. Here is what I have as far as a meal plan and the accompanying macros that go with it.

    Meal Plan:

    Meal 1:
    1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    4 Extra Large Eggs
    2 Turkey Sausage Links
    1 Cup of Coffee
    2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    (Can you add anything to sweeten the coffee? Stevia etc?)

    3.8g Carbs
    52.9g Fat
    44.7g Protein
    669.7 Calories


    Meal 2:
    1 Scoop of Protein Powder
    1/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

    15.5g Carbs
    33.2g Fat
    40g Protein
    496.3 Calories


    Meal 3:
    3 Cups of Shredded Lettuce
    1 Zucchini
    3 Tbsp Ranch /Bleu Cheese Dressing

    17.7g Carbs
    24.6g Fat
    6.1g Protein
    296.7 Calories


    Meal 4:
    1 Chicken Breast
    1 Avocado

    23.8g Carbs
    36.7g Fat
    60.1g Protein
    648.6 Calories


    TOTAL:

    60.8g Carbs
    147.4g Fat
    151g Protein (Was shooting for 168.. Maybe I could add more protein powder or something)
    2111.3 Calories
    Fiber: 27.4g
    (Can I subtract the Fiber from the total carbs?)

    Percentage Breakdown:
    Fats: 61.04%
    Protein: 27.78%
    Carbs (Including Fiber) 11.19%)

    (If I exclude the fiber from the Carb calories it would be:
    Fats: 64.26%
    Protein: 29.26%
    Carbs: 6.47%)
