I have been reading these boards for a long time and have found them very helpful and motivating. I have been trying to transform myself for about 2 years now. Started at 347 lbs 20 months ago, and now down to 227 lbs. My goal is to hit 200 lbs and 10-12% BF. As of a Jan 4 DEXA scan I was 240 lbs and 21% BF. I have been hovering between 235-221 lbs for the last 2 months or so. The main problem is eating good for 5 days having 1 bad day and basically losing 5-6 lbs through the week then gaining 6-7 lbs over the next 2. What I am looking for motivation. I started a blog spot for ppl to comment on and basically hold me accountable for those other 2 days. I was hoping to post the blog here and get as many ppl to partake as possible.
I know what ur all thinking "first post and i'm trying to plug a website." It's not like that at all. If you read it and see plugs for other things, it is someone who has helped me along this journey.
