    SO! Today marks the END of week 2 in my crazy X TREME and INSANE traning program!

    HOW IT WORKS:
    I follow the weight training days of P90X and on the cardio days I follow the Insanity program.

    Where I started:
    Day ONE! I was 164lbs. 24.2% bodyfat (I calculate my bodyfat on the hand held thingie at the gym)

    How it has been going:
    The program is TOUGH! I wanted to try and push my new body as much as possible and see what I am capable of. My goal right now is to lose as much fat as possible and just maintain the muscles I have built. I am going in for plastic surgery to have my excess skin and goo removed from the big weight loss on AUGUST 9th! So the goal is to go in there as a lean mean machine.

    My ULTIMATE goal would be to go into surgery at 140lbs OR 15% bodyfat. I'm not sure what either of those would look like on my body since the last time I was 15% bodyfat I was coming out of a uterus!

    As of TODAY I weighted in at 157lbs.

    Diet:
    I eat pretty clean as my body just feels better with fresh, whole foods. I eat chicken breast, eggs, tons of different types of fish, lean turkey breast, SOME beef, broccoli, sweet potatoes, green beans, coconut oil, peppers, mushrooms, squash.

    I eat pretty much the same things but change up the way I prepare them and the spices I use (Thank sweet Moses for Mrs. Dash!)

    I eat 6-7 times a day but about 4-5 forkfulls at a time. My diet cones out to about 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs. I don't track calories or weight or measure anything. Because of surgery I have a full detector built in. When I'm hungry I eat...but I eat good foods.

    I am SO excited to see the changes in my body!!! I can actually see the beginning of an AB LINE! If I can figure out how to attach a freakin picture I will! I can see my back muscles, my calf muscles, leg muscles. Being a former fatty I KNEW there was stuff under there but seeing it is still incredibly surreal to actually SEE IT!!!! WHEE!!!!!
