What is a good reason to OMIT taking CREATINE in your workout plan?

I know people will swear that creatine cannot give acne, but for me personally, a week after taking it @5g/day my face and back break out without changing anything else in my diet except increasing water. About 4 days after coming off it my skin gets less oily and about a week and half I'm acne free and I have experimented with several creatine products many times and this always happens. Now I lowered the dose and am currently taking it at 2g and have'nt had any breakouts so far, but it's only been a week so we'll see how it goes. But that is the only negative thing I can say in my experience with creatine
