Jack3d micro - I know it says only 2 scoops in 24 hours...
What is in Jack3d that requires this demand?
I was thinking the reason is ..that most products recommend against taking more than 400mg of caffeine in any given day. Could it be any other reason?
I was hoping to workout tonight, but I took the max of 2 scoops this morning.. and wish to do it again.

Stimulants for one, and nitrates as well. Those are why we don't recommend taking more than 2 scoops at once or per day.Originally Posted by shadeline
