    5x5 for me

I have been serious lifting for 2 years.
I wish to increase by strength.
    5x5 is the best choice?
I saw the sticky for the 5x5 Novice which he says is for peeps who have lifted for 12 months or less
Can you point me in the direction of a good program for me is something other than 5x5 better for me?

Lifts are a good indicator of what level you are. Someone doing **** routines for 2 years may still have a lot of progress left. What's your military press, bench, squat, deadlift, row, all that good stuff?

    Height/weight?

Those lifts aren't to bad, but since you don't squat or deadlift, you could still benefit a ton from the Novice 5x5 because of the frequency of those lifts. Keep the increases at 2.5 for your upper body lifts, but go with 5 and 10 for squat and deadlift.
