I get horny every time not right after but 1-2 hrs after I get back from the gym .. I train full body squat 3x a week but it happens regardless of my training intensity
i have to admit on my max day I am more hungry than horny .. but still 
it's related to blood flow and hormonal release, I know some females who are the same way

The problem with sex on a hard leg day is you run the risk of cramps. Nothing kills my boners worse than a hamstring glute cramp. Not like little cramp, I mean the ones that feel like someone shot you in the ass and you immediately pull out and roll over while trying not to yell. Your woman just sits there bert staring you while you are in pain with a flacid penis.
Sucks.

maybe during leg day, but after leg day i dontget in the mood. However sex is the best post workout experience if you are feeling sore and stiff. Next day I have no pain and no hatred of the world

First time I've heard anyone else use the jelly leg description outside of people I've been to gym with. Legs is the most exhaustive day at the gym, sex / fap time is not on the mind straight after leg day. If it did happen it would have to HBB on top doing her thing, whilst I drink the shake and eat the sammich she brought in moments before. Once finished though, it would be a nice relaxing 15 mins in the bath she's run and she can collect on the way out. Surely that's the way to go about it?
My strawberry milk brings all the ladies to the front garden, and they say its better than yours. Yes your quite right its better than yours, Ill teach you how make some, but ill have to lay on a small charge.

The urge might be there but I can't usually walk after a heavy leg set let alone doing the dirty!
Definitely agree with the other ladies - my libido has increased massively since lifting heavily! Might also have something to do with not being tied down by a prat of an ex any more!
