Meal Plan and Macros

Meal 1- 8 ounces deer burger; 3 ounces pulled pork; 1 ounce country style ribs; 1 cup cherries
Caffeine Intake: None

Meal 2- 2 scoops casein protein; 1 bag wheat thin chips; 1 dark chocolate square; 1 mini Mr. Good Bar
Caffeine Intake:300 mg

Meal 3- 1 scoop Anabolic Halo
Caffeine Intake:None

Meal 4- 2 hamburger patties; 1 hamburger bun; ½ TBSP mayo; 6 homemade fries
Caffeine Intake:None

Calories: 2,214 Fat: 105 grams Carbs: 119 grams Protein: 181 grams

Percentage Ratio: (F/C/P) 44/22/34

Total Caffeine Intake: 300 mgs

Not a great diet day. I got in more calories but they were mostly from fat. I think I am going to have a hard time getting clean calories to reach a high level because of my funds at the moment. I am going to do the best I can. I believe lower clean calories are better than higher bad calories so it may just be that I have to stay low cal for a while longer.

This workout was a little different than most. I did a superset until I had finished 160 reps. It took me about 30 minutes with very small breaks. There were some sets were I was only doing 2-3 reps because of the weight. I will tell you that my arms are very sore this morning. Something new caused some serious DOMS.



SUPREMACY
I was unable to take all of my doses while having the flu and going to the lake. I have been back on a full 3 pill dose for the past 3 days. I have about 2 weeks left and I am ready to get down. I plan on doing something similar to today’s workout with every body part this week. Supremacy has really been a great product. I really wish I could have finished stronger. I am going to do my best to make up for the past two weeks with my final two weeks.

Alright, this **** just keeps getting better. I had a relapse of the Flu on Wednesday. My fever got up to 100.2 and would not break. I went to bed as soon as I got home and slept until the next morning. I have started back on an antibiotic as of Wednesday. I will be on it until Sunday.
I have decided to completely get off of supplements and to stay away from the weights until Sunday or Monday. This was not an easy decision, but I am tired of feeling bad. I figure if I take a complete break from everything maybe I will knock this **** out. It is very hard to stay away from the weights when they are at your house. lol

If any neogenix reps are against me taking off of Supremacy for this length of time, please let me know. I just thought it may have an adverse effect with the antibiotic, and I will not be in the gym, so it would be a waste. I truly apologize for the last couple of weeks. I have never been sick for this long, and the only way I see to get completely better is to have my immune system at top quality with nothing to worry about except for the sickness. I will have about two weeks left on Supremacy when I get back in the gym.

Absolutely, no worries here. Health is the #1 priority. I routinely will stop all supps when I'm feeling sick as well, except maybe my multi. And I'll add in vitC.
