    Am I eating too little?

    My current macros I set up for myself are
    220 grams protein per day
    97.5 grams of fat
    130 grams carbs on low carb day
    300 grams on high carb days
    I'm 6"3 and weigh 195 pounds. Everyday I have a reaaalllly hard time hitting my caloric goal because I'm worried about going over my planned carbs/protein intake. Should I bump up my carbs? Thanks for any advice.

    Are you 120 pounds or are you 195 pounds? It kinda matters.

    It looks like on low carb day you're getting 2200 cals and on high carb day you're getting around 2900 cals.

    If you're cutting, your numbers look right - though without knowing your activity level, genetics, etc.. it's impossible to say.

    If you're bulking or maintaining, your numbers look low.

    The macros are minimums. You can go over as much as you want as long as it doesn't put you too far over your daily calorie allotment.
