My current macros I set up for myself are
220 grams protein per day
97.5 grams of fat
130 grams carbs on low carb day
300 grams on high carb days
I'm 6"3 and weigh 195 pounds. Everyday I have a reaaalllly hard time hitting my caloric goal because I'm worried about going over my planned carbs/protein intake. Should I bump up my carbs? Thanks for any advice.
