Hi guys, I'm a newbie to all of this so sorry. Anyway, I'm 19, been going to the gym about 11 months 4 days a week. I work on different parts of my body once a week. For example,
Mondays: Back and Legs
Tuesday: Free Day
Wednesday: Shoulders and Abs
Thursdays: Chest
Fridays: Biceps and Triceps
For each of these parts of the Body, I do about 5 different workouts. For example, for my Chest I do Incline Press, Decline Dumbbell Press, Chest Press, Crossover Pulls, and Press ups.
What I'm trying to ask is, are working on these body parts one day a week going to be enough? Or do I need to be doing more? Like I say, I've been doing it for 11 months now.
Any Input would be awesome Guys.
