Is it just me, or he looks like he's more than 11 days out? I really like Pak, but he really needs to bring those arms up a bit. With the wheels he's got, he'd be dangerous.

He got even worse arm genetics then Branch lol, He should just do whatever that dude Rich piana done to his arms.

God.. his arms are so under developed!

I guess at the end of the day you can be as smart as you want training wise but if you lack the right genetic......

I don't wanna sound ignorant nor harsh, but I feel at this point a bit of synthol would really help him out in order to have a better balanced body.

Yeah thats what im saying, i dont care if he uses oil or w/e just as long as it looks good, and it cant get much worse then this lol, Not like he has any seperation/detail in his arms that he might lose from doing it.

I agree but at least he could benefit of arms with a bit of added volume.
Again though, I know nothing about synthol, I'm just thinking of how frustrating that has to be (having small arms) when some other body parts (legs) are worthy of top 3 Mr. O

Lol, or he could just go Phil Heath mode and not train arms until like a few months out from the Olympia.

I'm not ragging on how he trains or anything....but that dog bark he has going on always makes me smirk a bit.

Yeah they're not as bad as people are making out. Just lack a little size and detail.

Ben is a genus when it comes to the anatomy/physiology of BB which is fine I've listened to all he has to say, but what happened to keeping it simple or advanced? Seem in past videos ie chest and now back he over thinking the close grip pulldown etc. he still with Hany? I like Ben hope he kills it

I think back and chest are his biggest problems. Back especially. He has world class delts and legs, I think his arms just look small attached to those shoulders or something. Although I do think they're lacking, they're not THAT bad imo. That said something always looks off to me. Maybe it's his proportions. Wide as fuk but looks to have a lot of filling out to do, with a thick waist and huge legs. I'm def a pakman fan (after he called out branch) but not so much a fan of his physique.

He needs to bring up his back and arms to match his crazy shoulders and legs (although the way they bow out is a little off putting)

I really don't know why people bash him for trying new things. And can someone please explain how he's "over thinking his back training". He did drop sets with bent over row, some different variations of lat pulldowns and then some pull overs... Looked like a sick workout to me, his videos always have at least one new exercise worth trying.

Regardless of arm development (not that we can see it clearly in this video because he is covered up? lol).. I liked the change up of angles, it was something different.. Very Charles Glass like.. hope he does well, one of my favourite pros.. very down to earth

He is one of my favs also, but hell be the first to admit that his arms are one of his weaknesses. Nobodys denying that hes a knowlegeable guy, and gives strong advice. But, truth of the matter is, without a strong set of guns and chest to match those delts, he will never break to the top 3 against top tier pros.

I like Ben, hope he does well this year.

He used to train at my gym in Toronto, talked to him about it at the Toronto pro, he said the manager there told him he would never make it in bodybuilding.

I couldnt believe it.

I was a bit surprised that he didn't have any unilateral movements. No single-arm anything. Personally, I get a much better workout when I am not doing bi-lateral stuff for back. I'm not a pro, and I am not him, but it seems like he is missing an excellent slice of the training-pie.
