Hey everyone I just started dieting and working out the end of December.
Since then I feel I have had some ok progress but I just want to know what you all think and what you area you think I should be working on more.
In my opinion I feel I haven't got a much bigger chest. My traps, abs, biceps, triceps, forearms,back and legs have made good changes.
I'm doing the baby lovers SS program an it has really worked for me it seems.
Any questions or picture request I will try to answer and post.
Pictures are from December 2012 up until today
I have a little electronic bathroom scale so I'm not sure how accurate that is, but starting out I was 140lbs and now at 152lbs
I am 5'8-5'9ish
If you have any idea of my body fat % that would be helpful.

Need to work on my legs more but they have made really good gains. I do not have any previous pictures.
