    Taking a week off?

I haven't taken a full week off in a long time, and I am tired all the time. I haven't cycled off a pre-workout since about 2-3 months ago, maybe longer.. I am planning on taking a week off starting today, and I will stop taking the pre-workout as well..

however, could it just be the pre-workout? Should I try just cycling off of it and see how it affects my sleep and such? Or should I take both off for a week, maybe even 2 weeks off the PWO? I just would like your input and your experiences with it, not just what you read.

    why are you asking here?

take a week off, or "cycle" off your pre-workout...whatever works for you.
*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

My input would be to invest your pre workout money into food. It will help with recovery and put some mass on you.

Id take the whole week of as a standard deload and you should be deloading every 4 to 6 weeks anyways.. and for the preworkout i personally dont take it regularly because i dont think anybody really needs it and when I do its a random day where I got crappy sleep or didnt eat enough cause of school. I also agree with arian entirely just spend it on FOOD!!!!!!!!
