Just keep cutting like they both said. If you just started you probably just lost water weight. Keep at it and youll start cutting out the fat.

That's because, compared to your belly, your arms don't have much fat stored on them.

I've gone from 135lbs to 160lbs and I don't feel any different :L It's because gaining and losing weight is a slow change, so you won't notice a difference each month for example, but if you compare yourself to a year before you'll see a huge difference.

your intestines can hold up to about 10 pounds of literal 'crap' at a time, eating cleaner on a cut will lower your sodium and water weight. also will reduce this waste from your intestines. keep the cut up and high protein and you will see results
