    went from 195 to 186 pounds and felt no different?

    im currently cutting, but i just feel that my belly is getting smaller, but i cant feel my arms and stuff losing fat? thanks

    Just keep cutting like they both said. If you just started you probably just lost water weight. Keep at it and youll start cutting out the fat.

    That's because, compared to your belly, your arms don't have much fat stored on them.

    I've gone from 135lbs to 160lbs and I don't feel any different :L It's because gaining and losing weight is a slow change, so you won't notice a difference each month for example, but if you compare yourself to a year before you'll see a huge difference.
