I have the Ebook and all I do is write down my schedule/rotations of RE, DE, ME days, take a picture of the day's lifts on my phone, and take note of the %'s if it's a new week. Not hard.

Here is a good spreadsheet OP,
Dead Day- W1- ME 2- DE 3- RE
Bench Day-1- DE 2- RE 3- ME
Squat Day- 1-RE 2- ME 3- DE
A fourth (possibly fifth) day is added to focus on bodybuilding/weaknesses.1372 @ 205
