I've heard of people cutting down AND bulking their muscles up at the same time but I just don't get how?
You lose weight by using more calories than you take in, but to bulk up you need to take in a lot of calories? Can anyone clear this up?
My bodytype is confusing, my body stores fat on my legs and lower body, then my upper body is skinny like an ectomorph.
I've gained muscle but since the excess fat goes to my legs the further I go on the weirder my body looks - so I really want to tone it down but AT LEAST keep my muscle on my upper body.
