Say my daily macros are 200p, 70f, 300c. (and lets say 70g of sugar according to myfitnesspal)
How much of my 300 carbs need to be complex carbs? Can i literally have 150g of it worth of junk foods?
I obvioulsly understand that it would be stupid to constantly consume 300g of sugar in the form of simple carbs every day after a while, but how much can i actually have per day? shoulud i stick to the 70g recommended by myfitnesspal or is it safe to have an excess of that determined by your daily carb allowance?
