    For those taking protein sups

    Might seem a daft question but do you weigh out the amounts your having?

    Just wondering as mine says "heaped" which isn't that exact so for all I know I could be consuming more or less than I thought.

    I do, you would be surprised how off some scoops can be, I've had some that are up to a half serving off. It's also not hard since the scale is right there.

    Nope. I just do two heaping (rounded) scoops and a half of protein powder. Roughly about 50 grams.

    Just take the heaping scoop if you get a lil more proteing then you think you are then good but the deviation in protein between the scoop being full and over filled isnt going to be that much to even have to cross your mind about weighing it to be counting it..
