    I wish everyday was leg day...I haven't been able to walk right up to 4 days after my workout for a year
    I have no idea what I'm doing, I just fkking do it.
    If it's hard that just means you need to do it more until it isn't.

    I think the only thing i dont like about leg day is that its difficult for my to do cardio after leg day!

    I love how with men, it's the opposite lol. I rarely see guys at the gym working their legs at all, let alone enjoying it. Maybe I'm just there at the wrong time or something, but I hardly ever see men doing squats, lunges, or leg presses. The only exception: calves lol

    I love leg day though <3 there's nothing quite like the power you feel with strong legs, like you could kick through a wall if you wanted to.

    You know what? Youre absolutely right. The times i go to the gym, i rarely see men work on their legs. Haha thats a funny observation.

    I hate leg days with a passion. But dat burn! I'm practically exhausted after a few set of squats and deads, and then dreading all the extra lower body lifts I still have left.

    I do the stair master before I do my weighted leg workout and if I'm feeling strong, after for about 5-10mins. It's tough initially but you'll work through the pain.

    No I find it tedious. I managed two minutes on it the other day before I got bored. I'd rather go outside for a run and enjoy the fresh air and trees.

    As for legs, I have real problems with squats (I have a bum ankle so the lack of dorsiflexion creates a lot of problems) but I persist with them. I do get some satisfaction from the soreness the next day.

    I completely agree about seeing guys doing legs - they never seem to (the guys at mine don't anyway)! They just like working those 't-shirt muscles'!
