Although I'm new to this form, I felt like i needed something to keep my diet and cutting plans on track. Without further ado this is my weekly cutting log.
I will post updates and pictures every Sunday.
For those who are interested here is my starting information and what my diet consists of:
13 years old
5'5 w/o shoes
163 pounds
Waist: 32 in
Hips: 35 in
Diet:
Breakfast- 2 pieces of Whole Wheat Toast with peanut butter and a cup of skim milk, or an Apple with Skim Milk. 236 calories, or 156 calories.
Lunch- Whatever the school serves (School serves all multigrain and whole wheat items.) ~450-550 calories.
Dinner- I eat what my mother makes (Usually chicken, fish, occasional red meat with a starch and veggie.) anywhere from 400-600 calories.
I will be using MyFitnessPal to track calories daily, and I will try to consume 1500 per day.
As for exercise, I only do body-weight work, usually 3 Sets of 30 Crunches with increase, 3 sets of 25 pushups with increase, bodyweight squats, planks, leg raises etc..
My diet/cut was actually started this past sunday, but I do have some starting pics below.
