I'm 16 years old, 155 lbs, 5'11". I'm eating 1-1.5g protein per pound, and I keep my fat intake below 20%. The rest of my diet is made up of complex carbohydrates, including frozen vegetables, spinach, lettuce, asparagus, oatmeal, yams, and brown rice. 30 minutes of running at 9-10mph every day and 3-4 full body workouts per week. Also, I practice pull-ups at home.
Up to this point, I've been weight training consistently for 6 or 7 months, but only since January have I been running every day. I was doing healthy substitutions up to this point, but since February 1st I've been following the nutrition plan above.
Body-fat percentage? Advice? My goal is to lose fat.

Looks good, but the only part that looks pretty small compared to your other bodyparts are your chest, work on that chest and you'll get a better physique.
I started going to the gym June 2012, in June 2012 I started a journey to reach my natural limits within bodybuilding. I will never give up.
