So what do you guys suggest for my daily calorie, carb, fats, and protien intake? I'm 5'10" 140lbs at 14% body fat. I work out 4-5 days a week.
Clean bulk dude... If you can't see abs yet at 140 then they probably aren't there an /or your BF% is off.
I still see the "me" from 2 years ago that weighed bout tree fiddy...
