Hey, I'm new here, and joined because I need a bit of help.
I recently joined the Royal Air Force, and before I was eating 5/6 meals a day, and about 4000 calories. I've now completed basic training, and can start going back to the gym, so I've sorted out a new routine, which I'm happy with.
My only problem is my diet. I have 3 set meals a day, 7 for breakfast, 12 for lunch and 6 for dinner. After 6, my time is my own, however living on camp I have no way to cook a 4th meal, and I don't have time for a shake between breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get enough calories/protein to try and put on mass?
My current physique is 6'0 and about 139 lbs, and it takes a LOT for me to gain.
