    How do you cook your chicken and how often do you have it?

    I've realised I'm not getting enough protein in me, but I can't really think of quick and easy ways to cook chicken. How do you do it and how often do you have chicken?

    I like to buy different flavoured marinades and seasonings for my food keeps it fresh so i dont get bored, dont really wana eat plain chicken everyday

    simply pan fry/grill/oven

    then chow down!!

    pre heat oven to 375 then cut chicken breast in half so it cooks in the center then put a tad bit of olive oil and about 2 cups of water in a glass dish set the chicken in the water season them a bit on top around 30 min later pull them b***** out you got some premium broscience certified foooood
