I fast for 43 hours, then on the eating day from 10AM-12PM I workout, then 12PM-5PM is my post-workout eating window. During that time I eat 1-2 meals, but I eat ALOT. I just started this and don't really know what to expect. Has anyone tried this and what weight loss can I expect? Thanks.

Bro, seriously. Why fast for just 43 hours when you can do a 382 day fast? Worked for this guy http://pmj.bmj.com/content/49/569/203.abstract You're not going to accomplish anything with a 43 hour fast. This is bodybuilding.com. If you're gonna post on these forums and live the lifestyle, you gotta be ready to be hardcore, bro!

Thank you for your pretentious answer. Why do I fast? So that I don't have to carry around tupperware filled with food and worry about eating every three hours. I read about the EOD intermittent fasting and decided to combine it with the warrior diet. Wanted to see if anyone else has tried it and see what their results were.

Consume 10% to 20% less calories than you burn per day while ensuring micro/macronutrient sufficiency. Eat when you're hungry and when it's convenient.
