    Anyone been in USBF show?

    Thinking of doing a USBF show on May 4th for the physique category, but just wanted to see if anyones done a show with USBF before and how good their show is? Their website doesn't seem too up to date so I'm a little cautious

    I have... It is a good little organization. I did a NJ Show in Brick Township. The guy that runs the show is a good promoter, with a long resume in nat. bodybuilding. I would def say OK to the USBF

    The USBF is the only organization I have competed with so far and I have heard nothing but good things about the shows that Mike Halsey puts on.

    Yea it says you basically just stand there and do some quarter turns for physique? Also do you know how many guys go out for it? I wouldn't wanna sign up for it and be one of only a couple in a division ya know.

    They just started it in September of 2012. It's relatively new to most of the natural orgs.
