Light Stimulant Pre-Workout Formula

I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so I'm looking for a light-stimulant pre-workout formula, something with less than 100mg of caffeine. I'm aware of non-stimulant formulas (HemaVol, Body Octane, etc.) and use those regularly. However, I have noticed that light doses of caffeine improve my workout.

Just use coffee lol don't go out and spend money on stim based pre workouts imo untill you build a stronger system to caffeine

Volatile is a light stim preworkout with 100mg of caffeine.

This, caffeine tolerance builds up quickly.

I also think Pro Supps has a pretty solid pre with 100mg C per scoop IIRC.

I am caffeine sensitive too and this is what I have done in the past. Could also get one of the ones you listed that is stim free and take 100mg caffeine pill with it for an extra boost, that way you control the amount of caffeine.

Skip Lacour's MM250 Pre Workout is only 100mg per serving of Caffeine. Works great and you can still sleep at night.

This is a little over what you want. However, Assuault has 150 mgs of caffeine per serving and it a great preworkout option.

well i would highly recommend AAEFX's KOTIC big man. it's absolutely an awesome pwo in my opinion. i've been using it for over 2 years now and i wouldnt trade it for any other pwo out there now. why you ask? for the same reason you mentioned in your statement. i'm very sensitive to caffeine myself and the problem i've noticed with some other pwo's out now is that they get me way too jittery and thats a very uncomfortable feeling when i'm training. i honestly never looked at the caffeine contents of those pwo's nor do i know the amount of kotic either. but i do know that one scoop of kotic does not give me the jitters whatsoever. what i do get is a steady stream of energy and focus throughout my entire workout.

Why not just take your hemavol like you mentioned you have which is non-stim, and buy stims separate which are pennies cheap. That way, you can take exactly how much stims you want. IMO, best bet bro, most products are loaded with stims. Hell, buy a red-bull, mix half of it with 1 scoop hemavol, makes a nice twist to the flavor haha, serious!

If you want something light I would suggest : G-Fuel (150mg caff.) and Dr Jekyll (100mg caff.)
G-fuel tastes better and has better focus and Dr Jekyll is better for pumps.Your choice

well my recommendation would be AAEFX'S KOTIC. i've been using it for almost a year now and am still only using it's one scoop recommendation and getting all the energy and focus needed for my entire workout. best of all i dont get a crash afterwards which i truly love about this product. usually i'll take it for 2-3 months, then back off it for about a month or two as well. if you're looking for a great pre-workout then get some KOTIC. although at 17 yrs old, i think you might want to read any and all labels of supplements you take because i believe they're made for people 18yrs and older. if thats the case, i'd ask your doctor as well. theres a reason why some supplements are made for this certain age group.

K-Otic is 300 mg of caffeine per serving, a higher dose than most pre-workout products (the only one that I know of with more caffeine per serving is Friction from VPX).

OP - You might want to look at Amino Energy if you want a powdered mix, or as others suggested you could purchase a non-stim pre-workout and then add the caffeine so that you can control the amount.

Great suggestions in here. I'd just like to add that a single scoop of Jack3d Micro might do you well for a smaller boost and some nice pumps TheUbermensch. At 1 scoop you'll be getting a healthy shot of Agmatine and nitrates without putting you over the edge on stimulants.

If you want to know how much caffeine you're taking in, why not choose a formula that has 1) a disclosed amount of caffeine, or 2) a disclosed amount of everything....?

Craze has 80mg and this is well know. Other popular pre's sometimes list the caffeine content per scoop even though it is in a prop blend. Or you could go with Origin....no prop blends, so you know exactly of how much not only caffeine your getting, but everything.
