I sometimes forget how much weight I lifted the previous workout, so I want to keep a logbook.
What do you guys do? Just remember it off the bat?

Do you keep an exercise logbook?
I want bodybuilding to be part of my lifestyle.
Started at 121 lbs, currently at 139 lbs. Let's get to 175 now!
Until I feel I look good I won't post any avatar.

People do various things. I've seen people carry around books and I know I used to carry around a sheet. Now I use an app on my phone called JE Fit. It works extremely well. I know there are others but that is what I do.

I use to remeber what i did last session but you can be off by 5 or 10lbs or a few reps so i have learned that i see the best gains when i keep a lille 3"x4" walmart notebook and write everything down so i dont sell myself short the next time i do that lift. It may be a little tedious but i rather have that to do than have to guess on if i am making progress as fast as i really can be
You dont get what you want.
You get what you work for.
I dont care if your nose in bleeding, or its that time of the month, or if you dont feel like it - its still your mother fricking set!
Everyone wants the 20 minute abs, 10 minute this, 10 minute that...FRICK THAT, come to the gym, work your ass off, EARN IT!

I log my exercises on my phone; in case I forget how much weight I did last week. It's easy for me to remember the big three, but with other exercises, I sometimes forget, so I just log the weight and number of sets and reps on my phone. Also, the past couple weeks, I've also recorded the level of difficulty I had putting up the weights. That way, I might add a little more weight than I normally add, or add in an extra rep or two on top of adding my normal amount of weight.

I use to use an excel spreadsheet religiously, but now I use myfitnesspal 'exercise notes' and reports for the most part.
I tried to do that at one point, but I'm not able to manipulate the tab widths from my iPhone or iPad for whatever reason. Makes adding new info into the doc a pain. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I am all droid here so I am sure it works a little better since its google...I basically set the thing up on a computer, and then at gym with phone I just check it if I forget weights/sets/reps...I do almost tall data entry on tablet or computer. It is a little more cumbersome than on a computer.

I did when I first started. Now, after all these years, my rate of progression isn't as high so there's no problem with keeping it to mental memory.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
