Good stuff man. I am the opposite, I usually have hunger pangs when I wake up and fight to get some food ASAP.

Since I'm currently leaning out for a competition, this is my first meal of the day every day:
    1 whole egg, 9 egg whites - 224 cals, 5.1g fat, 0g carbs, 38.6g protein
whole wheat whey bread (similiar to ezekiel bread) - 220 cals, 3g fat, 36g carbs, 13g protein
    sugar free jelly - 10,0,5,0

    When I'm bulking:
3 whole eggs, 7 egg whites
    whole wheat whey bread
    sugar free jelly
1 cup oats w/ 1/4 cup blueberries and cinnamon
“You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"

1 pack of Quaker out meal and about 10 egg whites.

your body cane only take 20 to 30grams of protein every 2hours so it's a wast to take much more, bug the rest is ok for a bulking dieet. Best of luck

This... don't eat til 2pm crew. IF makes it effortless to keep my bulk lean and keep from going over cals when I cut.

But when I do break my fast for lunch its usually a turkey+cheese sandwich and some Gardetto's

Goddamn desk job has my maintenance at like 2100 non lifting and 2500 on lifting days. Sad times.
