After a lot of experimenting I've found that the best way for me to get good protein and carbs first thing in the morning is from a shake. Simply because I struggle to EAT anything in the morning. I like to know what goes in my shakes so I've decided to create my own which consists of the following;
100g Oats (360 calories. 11g Protein, 60g Carbs, 8g Fat)
1 scoop whey (130 calories. 25g Protein, 3g Carbs, 2g Fat)
400ml Skimmed Milk (160 calories. 16g Protein, 24g Carbs, 0g Fat)
650 cal. 52g Protein. 87g Carbs. 10g Fat.
What do you guys think of this? What would you add? Take away? Let me know.
Also, what do you have for breakfast? Would be interested for all of us to share what we eat as it could give each other new ideas.

I think that's a pretty good breakfast to have.
I don't struggle to eat breakfast, though, I am thinking about breakfast when I go to sleep haha, it's my favourite meal.
For me, personally I have the following:
2 x eggs (1 yolk, 2 whites) scrambled with a bit of low fat margarine.
1 x medium bowl of wholegrain cereal i.e. Muesli, shreddies, oats with a banana on top with some honey drizzled over.
200ml Skimmed milk (only milk in the house as my mum is dieting)
I don't really know the calories. But I just try to get a fair bit of proteins and carbs.

4 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, chicken breast, egg whites and cheese. A scale low fat yoghurt and a cup of green tea. About 600 calories, 16g fat, 46g of protein, 55g of carbs.
You’ve put blood sweat and tears into this, after all these years, every set and rep that you pushed your hardest. Don’t give up now.

First when I wake up I make a 20g proteinshake to quickly fill my body with amino acids. Half an hour or so later I eat;
50grams of oatmeal
100grams of whole eggs
150grams of eggwhite
70grams of bacon
350ml skimmed milk with choco powder (Because pure milk is for babies! )Aiming for competition!
No, I'm not going to type down my 1RM, you know why? Because I'm a bodybuilder, not a weightlifter.

I would puke up that much oatmeal. I can barely stomach half that and have to force it down as I gag on it. srs
I usually have frosted mini wheats w/ milk and coffee. I don't like eating in the mornings so I just cram in all my food later in the day.
340 cals, 60 carbs and like 15 or so protein.**6'1" Master Race Crew**

Sweet. I read that the morning is one of the vital times to get plenty of protein and carbs, as your body hasn't had any for 8 hours or so due to sleep. What else do you eat throughout the day to up your macros bro? I'm interested, you're the same height as me but 15lbs heavier so I'd like to get to your weight.
